Desktop Series 8 is a version of the Desktop interface for Windows 98 upwards. It is written in Visual Basic .NET and will feature a customizable Program bar that can be docked to the edge of the screen and a version of DeskScript (the Desktop scripting language) that will enable the user to program custom routines and commands to control Desktop.
